Art Therapy

The caring, sharing ones....

I happen to believe that art is for everyone - even for those who don’t think of themselves as creative.

While we often admire finished pieces, the real power of art lies in the process of making. Working hands-on with different materials and techniques can be both deeply therapeutic and joyfully expressive, offering a chance to relax, connect and rediscover confidence.

There is no right or wrong in art, it’s simply about making marks, letting go, and allowing creativity to flow.

I offer both one-to-one and small group sessions, tailored to suit individual needs. With experience in elderly care and working with people with additional needs, we create bespoke, compassionate sessions designed to support those who may feel isolated, vulnerable or in need of connection.

My approach is gentle, inclusive and centred around the individual, making creativity accessible, enjoyable and meaningful for all.

“The one thing that you have that no-one else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision…” -  Neil Gaiman, Author

ACEOs, Gratitude Rocks & Miniatures

The tiny ones....

ACEOs
Art Cards, Editions and Originals (ACEOs) are a relatively recent form of art trading that is great fun, allowing artists of all levels to sell, trade, and collect each other’s work.

A playful and accessible format that celebrates creativity in small form - if you’d like to know more, just ask.

Gratitude Rocks
These bespoke pieces are spiritually driven, created to be worn or held as grounding objects that complement meditation and reflective practice.

Sometimes holding the image of a loved one or something of personal significance, they are designed and made with care and intention.

Miniatures
Anything small really. I enjoy the challenge of working at a reduced scale, where precision and patience become part of the process.

A single-haired brush has been the source of much hilarity along the way!
